All linen is provided in the apartments, and all of our apartments come fully equipped with laundry facilities for your use during your stay. Should you require extra linen or amenities during your stay, we can arrange this for an additional charge.

Our apartments are not serviced daily as we are self-contained apartments, bookings of 8 nights or more receive a mid-stay service. If you do wish to have a daily service it can be arranged for a fee.

Yes, all our apartments do have air conditioning.

Yes, where room capacities allow for extra guests to be accommodated, we can offer rollaway bed hire – charges are as follows:

All apartments and guest areas are non-smoking, including vapes, cigarettes, and e-cigarettes. We ask that you refrain from smoking in your apartment or public areas. Evidence of smoking in rooms will incur a cleaning fee payable by the guest. Management reserves the right to breach for a smoke nuisance.

As we are self-contained apartments, a small starter pack is provided with a few essential items to get you through the first day or so. These items are not replenished during the stay.

We accept Mastercard & Visa payments.

Please note that all Visa and Mastercard card payments incur a surcharge of 2.00% (GST Inclusive).

You will be required to provide a credit card imprint at check-in to cover incidental charges (credit card must be valid and belong to the person who is registering).

The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age.

In addition, to eliminate identity fraud, we will ask you to provide photo ID at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity. A record and/or copy of this photo ID may be retained to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with your credit card provider in the event of disputation.

Unfortunately, no animals of any kind are permitted in the complex, without the prior approval of the Body Corporate. Guests who bring animals into the complex may be evicted without the right to a refund.

Reflections Coolangatta Beach accepts guide, hearing, and/or assistance dogs in accordance with both the Guide, Hearing and Assistance Dogs Act 2009 and Anti-Discrimination Act 1991. All certified animals must display the Queensland Government-approved patch on their coat or harness, in addition to a copy of the Handler Identity Card being provided prior to check in. The ID presented on the Handler Identity Card must match the handler onsite. Failure to meet the above requirements will result in pets being excluded from the property. For the purpose of this policy, therapy and emotional support pets are not permitted on the property.

Guide, hearing or assistance dogs may be vacated from the Resort if that animal’s behaviour poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others. Reflections Coolangatta Beach accepts no responsibility for approved guide, hearing, and/or assistance dogs.

Reflections Coolangatta Beach does not accept ‘Schoolies’ bookings.

We do not have the policies, procedures, or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Period. We do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort, and convenience of guests during this period.

For this reason, we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire “schoolies” period.

Reflections Coolangatta Beach has a strict “No Party Policy”, and we would not recommend any guests booking a Three Bedroom Apartment or Luxury Apartment for a hens, bucks, birthday party, or any other private event, as you risk being fined and evicted.

Check-out time is 10.00 am.

All late check-out requests must be pre-arranged and approved by reception, as they are based on availability. Please note that this has an additional fee.

Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday: 8:30 am – 3:00 pm
Sunday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Public Holidays: Subject to change

If you are arriving outside of reception hours, please contact Reception at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

As per Queensland Fire Regulations:

• One Bedroom Apartments – 3 persons
• Two Bedroom Apartments – 5 persons
• Two Bedroom Plus Apartments – 7 persons
• Three Bedroom Apartments – 7 persons
• Four Bedroom Apartments – 9 persons

Children aged 0-2 are included in the price if using existing bedding.

0-2 Years inclusive = free of charge when using existing bedding. Cot hires available – charges do apply
3+ Years = adult rates apply.

Yes, you’re welcome to request a particular view or apartment level when booking. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate requests, they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Yes, we do have a luggage room available so that you can leave your bags on arrival or departure.

Yes! Reflections is conveniently located near several supermarkets, including Woolworths, and Coles, making it easy to stock up on groceries during your stay.

Yes, we have free, safe, secure undercover parking.
The car park height clearance for both towers is 2.1 meters.

Yes, each Reflections Tower features its own large lap pool with beach views, a heated spa, and sauna/steam room.

Yes, we also have an Executive Lounge, Theatre, and Gym.

Yes, we have a BBQ area, and a Teppanyaki Grill area located on Level 2.

Yes, we have elevators in both towers.

No, unfortunately we do not have facilities for charging electric vehicles.

Yes, Reflections Coolangatta Beach is conveniently located in the heart of Coolangatta, with excellent access to public transport.

The local bus stops are just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the Gold Coast, including Surfers Paradise, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and theme parks.

Yes, you can book tours here, or we will gladly book your ticket for any attraction, tour, adventure, transfer, or entertainment.

Yes, Coolangatta Beach is generally safe for swimming, with patrolled areas during peak times. We always recommend swimming between the flags and following local safety signs. Keep an eye on children and weaker swimmers, and be aware of tides and surf conditions.
